Thermal roof tarpaulins

Thermal roofing is used in industrial halls and warehouses, which require special insulation. To achieve the best possible thermal insulation result, it is important to choose sandwich panels as another building material for the gable and side cladding.

Properties & characteristics of thermal roof tarpaulins:

• insulating, double-skin tarpaulin roof made of Trevira fabric
• PVC on both sides, high gloss coated
• standard colour: white
• material weight approx. 650 g/m²
• upper and lower shell material Verseidag B 1015 or equivalent
• flame-resistant according to DIN 4102 B1 (German industry standard)
• cold-resistant to −30 °C, heat-resistant to +70 °C
• all seams high-frequency welded
• straight hemstitch on the eaves side for fixed bracing
• laterally with double flag piping 13–15 mm for pulling into the piping groove profile
• PVC-coated on one side
• tearing force warp/weft approx. 2500/2500N/50 mm
• with 2 air inlet valves on one eaves side
